I've never done reformer before, how do I book?Give us a call on 0457 380 614 and we will have a chat, discuss any injuries or concerns and guide you through booking in to the right class.

What do I wear?Wear comfortable clothes that you can move and stretch in. You’ll be in socks for the session. We sell grippy socks in the studio and these are highly recommended.

What do I bring?· A water bottle · A sense of humour if you have one (not mandatory)

What's the best way to let you know I pre existing injury or health condition?Please call us on 0457 380 614 or email hello@freeflowpilates.com.au at least the day prior. Come in 5-10 minutes before class so we can have a chat about any modifications to positions or movements that we need to make for you.

Does it make a difference if I book through the website or your App?You can book through our website - there's a big green button that says 'Book a class' on our home page. We recommend the App as it's the most user friendly way to book into your sessions, chat with us and receive updates. Download the FIT BY WIX App Use the invite code 627USY to connect to our studio Book, reschedule, purchase packs and get in touch with the App!

How do I cancel my pre-booked class?Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before your class. This allows your bed to be filled with someone on our waitlist. Cancellations after this time will mean you forfeit that session. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch Class pass holders On the app: - Go to ‘my activities’ - Click on the class you wish to cancel - A red ‘cancel booking’ button will pop up, click that - If you have cancelled more than 4 hours before your class that session will be automatically added back to your pass Casual session payments. - Please message us via the app or email and we can set up a credit to book for another time. -

Do you offer Private Sessions?Yes. We offer 1:1 sessions @ $75 for 45 minutes and can be booked by calling us on 0457 380 614 We also offer one off group sessions, please get in touch for pricing and availability.

How does the waitlist work?Waitlists move quickly. You will be notified by email if a spot becomes available. You have 15 mins to accept the spot before it is offered to the next person. If you don’t accept the spot and change your mind later, just pop online and see if there is a spot available… as if nobody accepts the waitlist invitation that spot will open up online.

I’m going away, can I suspend my pass?If you are going away or have been advised to rest for health or due to injury, just give us a call and we can arrange that for you.

I’m pregnant, can I book?How exciting! Give us a call on 0457 380 614 and we will let you know the best classes for you based on your experience and stage of pregnancy.

Can I get changed before/after work?We don’t have shower facilities, however we have a large disabled access bathroom with plenty of room for changing. Check our little cupboard if you forget any of your toiletry items you may need.

Do you ever cancel classes?We require a min of 3 people to run a class. Classes can be cancelled up to 3 hours prior. You will be notified by email if your class is cancelled. Your session will be refunded to your pass.

I love your music, how do I listen at home?We use Spotify playlists, so just ask your instructor and they will let you know what the playlist is called
